These terms govern your use of this website and the car finance introduction service we offer through it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Players Cars is a trading name of Lease Lounge Limited, which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference number 654548). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Lease Lounge Limited trading as Players Cars.

The most important thing on this page: we introduce customers to finance providers. We are not a lender. We do not decide whether you are approved, we do not set your rate, and we cannot guarantee that any application will be accepted. Finance is always subject to status and to the lender's approval.

Using this website

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, to find out about our service and to make an enquiry. You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or enquire on someone else's behalf without their permission
Use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable or impair it
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
Copy, reproduce or republish any part of the site without our permission

The content, branding, images and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors. Nothing on this site gives you any right to use them.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or free from errors.

Our service

We are a credit broker, not a lender. Our role is to understand what you are looking for and introduce you to one or more finance providers who may be able to help. What that means in practice:

Any finance is provided by the lender, not by us. Your agreement, if one is made, is between you and that lender, on their terms.
We do not decide the outcome. The lender assesses your application and makes the decision. We have no control over it.
There is no guarantee of acceptance. Nothing on this website, and nothing we say to you, is a promise that finance will be approved, or approved on any particular rate, term or monthly figure. Any figures discussed before a lender's decision are illustrative.
Finance is subject to status. Approval depends on the lender's assessment of your circumstances, including affordability and credit history. Applicants must normally be UK residents aged 18 or over and hold a valid UK driving licence.

We may receive a commission from a lender when an introduction leads to a finance agreement. This does not change what you pay. You may ask us for details of the commission arrangements that apply to your agreement and we will tell you.

Information you give us

You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and complete. Lenders rely on it, and incorrect information may lead to an application being declined or withdrawn. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from an introduction made through it. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, products or terms of any lender or broker we introduce you to, or for the condition of any vehicle supplied by a third party.

This site may link to other websites. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us and we will try to put it right. Message us on WhatsApp on +44 7462 770717. As a regulated firm we operate a formal complaints procedure, and if you are not satisfied with our final response you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
